FedEx Express Portugal is seeking a Digital Transformation Lead to drive the Data, Automation and AI agenda across Europe. You will partner with business leaders, operations, IT and analytics teams to identify opportunities, shape programs and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and customer experience.

This hybrid, global-facing role requires strong leadership, change management and a track record of delivering transformation initiatives in complex environments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Management, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• Experience leading business transformation, operational excellence, digital transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience working across multiple business functions and organizational levels.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive action in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel within Europe (approximately 25%).

Responsabilidades

• Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives: Drive transformation programs that support the evolution of Global Trade Services into a Data, Automation & AI-driven organization.
• Connect Business and Technology: Work closely with Business Analysts, Automation Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Owners, Operations Teams, and IT partners.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to build support for transformation initiatives.
• Enable Organizational Adoption: Support change management and adoption activities associated with new technologies and processes.
• Measure transformation success through clearly defined business outcomes and performance indicators.
