FedEx is seeking an Industrial Engineer to partner with Operations, Technology, Regulatory, Compliance, and Business teams to analyze, redesign, and optimize end-to-end processes for productivity and service delivery. You will lead BPM work, map processes, and drive continuous improvement across Europe.

The role requires 3+ years in related fields, experience in regulated environments, and travel across FedEx locations in Europe.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's/MSc Degree in Industrial/Process Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in Process Engineering, BPM, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Business Analysis, or Transformation Programs
• Proven experience mapping, analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing end-to-end business processes
• Experience in regulated environments where process compliance, governance, and risk management are critical
• Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement, and process-mapping skills; familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, BPM

Responsabilidades

• Recommend, lead and execute business analysis plans for new and existing projects
• Produce complex business process model flows (BPM flows) and develop SOPs/job aids
• Recognize and recommend opportunities for innovations, automations, and increased productivity
• Take ownership of initiatives and work independently to successful conclusion
• Evaluate business requests and needs against the strategy
• Lead European projects from start to finish (business case, plan, execution, hyper-care)
• Maintain close partnerships with IT, Operations, Finance and Regulatory
• Engage with all levels of stakeholders to identify business needs
