FedEx is seeking a Digital Transformation Lead for Global Trade Services in Europe. You will drive the Data, Automation, and AI-driven transformation, partnering with business and IT to shape the roadmap, identify opportunities, and deliver measurable improvements across the global network.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Management, Digital Transformation, or related field.
• Experience leading business transformation, operational excellence, digital transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience working across multiple business functions and organizational levels.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive action in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel within Europe (approximately 25%).
