FedEx is seeking an Industrial Engineer to transform end-to-end processes across Europe. You will analyze, redesign, and optimize workflows partnering with Operations, Technology, Regulatory, Compliance, and Business teams to drive productivity and operational excellence.

You will lead BPM efforts, develop SOPs, and identify innovations and automations while coordinating cross-functional projects. Willingness to travel up to 30%+ across Europe is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's/ MSc Degree in Industrial/ Process Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Business Analysis, or Transformation Programs.
• Proven experience mapping, analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing end-to-end business processes.
• Demonstrated success delivering measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency, cycle times, quality, and customer outcomes.
• Experience in regulated environments with process compliance, governance, and risk management is valued.
• Strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement capabilities, process mapping expertise, and familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM methodologies.
• Willingness to travel frequently (30%+) to FedEx locations in Europe.

Responsabilidades

• Recommend, lead and execute business analysis plans for new and existing projects.
• Produce complex BPM flows and develop SOPs/job aids.
• Identify opportunities for innovations, automation, and productivity improvements.
• Own initiatives and drive them to successful conclusions.
• Evaluate requests against strategy and requirements.
• Lead European projects from business case to implementation and hyper care.
• Maintain partnerships with IT, Operations, Finance and Regulatory departments.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify business needs.
