PTJ Fedex Express Portugal, Unip., Lda is seeking a PMO Lead to drive large-scale regulatory-driven system implementations. The role requires strategic leadership, governance, and execution oversight across transformation programs that support regulatory requirements, modernization, and operational excellence.

This is a temporary position for 24 months. The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, budgets, and KPIs, and promote data-driven decision making.

Qualificações

• MBA or equivalent required; master’s in Eng/IT/Analytics is a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years leading complex programs with PM methodologies.
• Strong communication, collaboration across functions, and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel frequently (30%) to FedEx locations in Europe.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regulatory-driven technology and business transformation programs.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Regulatory teams.
• Manage planning, prioritization, dependencies and delivery metrics.
• Coach teams to foster accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Champion AI and automation to improve delivery and compliance.
