FedEx is seeking a Digital Transformation Lead within Global Trade Services in Europe to accelerate a Data, Automation & AI-driven transformation. You will work with business leaders, operations, technology partners, and experts to identify opportunities, drive innovation, and lead change initiatives that improve efficiency, customer experience, and performance globally.
The role requires strong change management, stakeholder engagement, fluency in English, and willingness to travel up to 25%
Qualificações
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience leading business transformation and digital initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience across multiple functions and organizational levels.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive action in a fast-changing environment.
- Fluency in English; travel within Europe (~25%).
Responsabilidades
- Lead transformation programs to evolve Global Trade Services into a Data, Automation & AI-driven organization.
- Develop and execute the GTS transformation roadmap.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and digitalize processes.
