FedEx is seeking a Digital Transformation Lead to accelerate our Data, Automation and AI-driven transformation across Global Trade Services in Europe. You will partner with business leaders, operations, technology partners, and subject matter experts to identify transformational opportunities and drive initiatives that improve efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.

The role emphasizes change management, governance, and adoption of new technologies, with travel across Europe.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Management, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• Experience leading business transformation, operational excellence, digital transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience working across multiple business functions and organizational levels.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive action in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel within Europe (approximately 25%).
