TeamViewer seeks an energetic Team Lead to mentor the EMEA SDR outbound team, driving pipeline generation and targets. You will coach, develop and align with Sales leadership to optimize messaging, playbooks and lead handover.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in sales development or related role with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity.
• Proven coaching track record and ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of outbound prospecting, MEDDPICC, and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and enablement tools.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts to changing priorities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing SDR team across the EMEA region.
• Coach team members, provide regular feedback, mentoring and ongoing development.
• Execute outbound strategies to support pipeline generation and targets.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align messaging, campaigns and lead handover.
• Monitor performance using KPIs and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support pipeline reporting and deliver insights to the Sales Development leadership.
• Act as a role model and escalation point to promote operational excellence.
