Jobgether is seeking an HR Business Partner or HR Director for a core business unit, based in Portugal. This remote-first role partners with international teams and business leaders to align people strategies with organizational and financial goals.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in an HRBP/HRD role within international digital/ IT environments.
• Experience implementing core lifecycle processes: hiring, onboarding, development, succession, performance.
• Strong HR analytics, data-driven decision making, and payroll/budget awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Align people strategy with business units' objectives and financial targets.
• Oversee workforce planning, staffing, probation, and performance expectations.
• Develop initiatives to improve engagement, retention, and long-term commitment.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, development, succession, offboarding.
• Establish and maintain HR policies, processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor HR metrics: payroll budgets, turnover, engagement, and loyalty.
• Apply compensation and benefits expertise and workforce analytics for decisions.
• Measure and improve HR service quality with leadership.
