Teamviewer Germany Gmbh is seeking an energetic Team Lead to manage and develop our EMEA SDR outbound team. You will coach a distributed group, execute outbound strategies, and ensure strong pipeline generation while maintaining alignment with Sales and Marketing.

You will collaborate with leadership to monitor KPIs, optimize processes, and support ongoing development in a fast-paced tech environment. Onsite onboarding will take place at our HQ, with competitive compensation and regular salary

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in sales development or related role, with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing sales professionals and supporting high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to coach and collaborate with stakeholders.
