Reporting to the Assistant Director and the Operations Director, your main responsibilities will include:

• Contact with clients
• Carry out check-in and check-out
• Room allocation
• Payment management
• Complaints/suggestions management

Managing a reception at busy times and during the night

• Answering questions about the city (places to visit, restaurants, transport, etc.) and any other questions that may arise before, during and after your stay.

Profile:

• At least 1 year’s professional experience in the same or similar roles
• Good communicator with a flair for customer service and enjoy working as part of a team
• Strong knowledge of English, Spanish and French (mandatory); additional foreign languages will be considered an advantage.
