Job summary

Inetum, a European leader in digital services, seeks an Application Support Specialist in Braga to manage and support critical business applications in production, ensuring stability, availability and performance with ITIL-aligned processes.

You will collaborate with Development and Infrastructure teams and Service Providers, handle incident resolution, changes and deployments, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations to keep essential applications up and running.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage and support critical business applications in a production environment.
• Focus on stability, availability and performance of applications.
• Incident resolution in collaboration with internal or external stakeholders.
• Governance and compliance with ITIL practices in IT production.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain applications to ensure high availability and performance.
• Participate in incident management and RCA for P1/P2 incidents; drive long-term solutions.
• Execute change requests and deployments following ITIL & DevOps processes.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 availability.
