Zusammenfassung

Inetum is seeking an Application Support Specialist to join a production environment, ensuring stability, availability, and performance of critical business applications. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and collaborate with Development and Infrastructure teams, and participate in on-call rotations to guarantee 24/7 availability.

Key areas include incident management (P1/P2), change deployment following ITIL and DevOps practices, and leveraging tools like RedHat JBoss EAP, OpenShift, Dynatrace,

Qualifikationen

Experience managing production applications in a complex environment.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management.
Ability to participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 availability.

Monitor and maintain applications to ensure high availability and performance.
