Job summary

Dstny is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for Digital Enablement in a hybrid role based in Ramalde, Portugal. The candidate will own messaging, positioning and GTM for the DDE platform, translating complex enablement capabilities into compelling commercial narratives for service providers and internal teams.

The role demands 5+ years in product marketing within B2B SaaS or telecom environments, native-level English, and a proven ability to craft messaging frameworks across multi-stakeholder

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS, UCaaS, telecommunications or provider-led tech.
• Native-level English writing skills (C2).
• Proven ability to define messaging, positioning and GTM strategies for tech products/services.
• Experience translating complex offerings for both commercial and technical buyers.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to boost marketing productivity.

Responsibilities

• Own messaging, positioning and GTM for Dstny Digital Enablement (DDE).
• Define value proposition and messaging framework for DDE.
• Translate technical capabilities into customer-centric narratives for audiences.
• Lead go-to-market planning for DDE releases and new catalog additions.
• Develop sales enablement materials and support marketing across the buyer journey.
• Produce customer and market content including case studies, briefs and webinars.
• Coordinate webinars to support demand generation and platform adoption.
