This role requires over 10 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, particularly within the IT sector. The candidate will lead marketing efforts, mentor the team, and engage with clients to drive business growth. Expected skills include strong knowledge of data, mastery of lead generation strategies, and fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. A full-time hybrid working environment is offered.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in B2B Digital Marketing, preferably in IT or technology consulting.
• Strong knowledge in DATA/AI is essential.
• Proven experience in team leadership, KPI setting, and results tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and develop the Marketing & Sales team, set KPIs, and monitor results.
• Plan and execute inbound/outbound campaigns, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
• Optimize the lead journey, ensuring high-quality MQLs and SQLs.
