Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to deliver high-touch support to premium subscribers across social platforms. You will manage accounts and billing, showcase AI features, handle multi-channel inquiries, diagnose technical issues, and capture insights to improve the product.

This full-time role offers a total fixed package of €1,237.83 per month plus a monthly performance bonus up to €300, meal allowance, private insurance after signing, 22 vacation days,

What You'll Do

What We Offer

• Total Fixed Package: €1,237.83 / month gross (Includes Base Salary + Meal Allowance + Monthly Holiday & Christmas Allowances)
  
• Performance Bonus: Up to €300.00 / month based on metrics

Working Hours & Location

• Full-Time: 40 hours/week (8h shifts + 1h lunch) operating on a 24/7 rotation model.
  
• Shift Options: Day Shifts (07:00 – 22:00) or Night Shifts (22:00 – 07:00).
  
• Location: Lisbon, Portugal — modern, easily accessible office near Metro stations (Entrecampos & Jardim Zoológico), train, and bus lines.
