Cross Border Talents is hiring European Portuguese speakers for an exciting on-site customer service role in Lisbon, supporting a 24/7 online betting platform.

Your Role:
Support users of a leading betting platform by resolving queries and providing information with accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements:

Native-level Portuguese (European) coupled with B2 English, written and spoken

Comfortable with night shifts and 24/7 rotation

On-site availability in Lisbon

• EU ID or a valid residence card for Portugal

Schedule:

Monday to Sunday, 24/7

Rotative shifts including night shifts

Days off: 2 rotative days

Compensation and Benefits:

Performance bonus: EUR 80/month (paid monthly, 12 months)

• Extra payment for working night hours, as well as Sundays and public holidays

Meal allowance: EUR 7.23/day, net, paid in a meal card (approx. EUR 159/month)

Health insurance: Available from day 1 (monthly contribution required; free after 6 months)
