A recruitment firm in Lisbon is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Representative for a 24/7 betting app project. You'll be responsible for supporting users by resolving queries and providing accurate information. Candidates should have native-level Portuguese and B2 English proficiency. Your Role:
Support users of a leading betting platform by resolving queries and providing information with accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements:
Native-level Portuguese (European) coupled with B2 English, written and spoken
Comfortable with night shifts and 24/7 rotation
On-site availability in Lisbon
Schedule:
Monday to Sunday, 24/7
Rotative shifts including night shifts
Days off: 2 rotative days
Compensation and Benefits:
Performance bonus: EUR 80/month (paid monthly, 12 months)
Meal allowance: EUR 7.23/day, net, paid in a meal card (approx. EUR 159/month)
Health insurance: Available from day 1 (monthly contribution required; free after 6 months)
