Your Role: Help clients of a leading website and domain management platform by offering first-line support in a dynamic and tech-savvy environment.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 01:00 (rotative shifts)
Days off: Saturday and Sunday
Requirements:
Native-level Portuguese (European) coupled with B2 English, spoken and written
Interest in technology and web platforms, domains, and digital tools
Availability for on-site work and evening shifts
Compensation and Benefits:
Performance bonus: EUR 150/month (paid monthly, 12 months)
Meal allowance: EUR 7.23/day, net, paid in a meal card (approx. EUR 159/month)
Health insurance: Available from day 1 (monthly contribution required; free after 6 months)
