Qualificações

Spanish-Speaking Customer Care Specialist Payment Solutions

Cross Border Talents is hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Customer Care Specialist for Payment Solutions project.

In this role, you will provide excellent customer support, assisting users with payment solutions and inquiries. This is a full-time position with a rotational shift schedule, including night shifts.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (onsite), no relocation is provided

Start Date: March 27, 2025

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information and troubleshooting assistance for payment-related issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns effectively.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Work within a fast-paced environment, collaborating with internal teams.
Working Schedule
  • Monday to Sunday 24/7 rotational shifts (including night shifts). Extra payment applicable for working between 22.00 and 06.00, Sundays and public holidays
  • Two rotating days off per week.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish (C2 or above) and English (C1 or above).
  • Previous experience in customer service is a MUST
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
  • EU member state passport, a valid residence card for Portugal, a job-seeker visa or a refugee certificate is a MUST.
