Join Our Team as a B2B Sales Specialist in Thessaloniki. We are looking for a motivated sales professional fluent in Portuguese seeking an exciting new challenge.

We are seeking candidates who are currently residing in Portugal or willing to relocate for work.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Calls and Presentations: Conducting engaging sales calls and presentations while providing excellent service to our clients.
  • Customer Assistance: Offering empathetic support to customers, helping them with app usage and guiding them through inquiries.
  • Issue Resolution: Responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, while escalating unresolved or urgent issues to the relevant teams.
  • Account Management: Managing client accounts and building long-lasting relationships, ensuring accurate documentation of interactions.
  • Product Promotion: Promoting new products through consultative solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with the sales team to meet targets and participating in training sessions to ensure adherence to service standards.
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in Portuguese (both verbal and written) and fluent in English (minimum B2/C1 level).
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, ideally B2B, or in customer service roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office, and Google apps.
  • Support Software Knowledge: Familiarity with customer support software and troubleshooting tools.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable using sales tracking tools and open to feedback for personal and professional growth.
  • Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09 AM - 06 PM.
