Qualifications

• Fluent Portuguese; native or advanced level in writing and speaking (C1/C2).
• Good English knowledge (B2 or higher) to navigate systems and collaborate.
• EU passport or valid Greece work permit required.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece in coming weeks.
• Digital literacy and comfort with standard software and multi-screen setups.
• Strong communication, active listening, empathy and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice and face of global brands for Portuguese-speaking customers across Europe.
• Assist customers via phone, live chat, and email with inquiries on products, orders, bookings or account support.
• Deliver clear, empathetic, and friendly service to turn tricky situations into positive customer moments.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users through service setups or features.
• Collaborate with international colleagues in a multicultural environment.
• Stay updated on brand features, tools, and updates through ongoing training.
