CB Talents is recruiting Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agents for Teleperformance Greece with relocation to Athens. You will handle customer support activities in Portuguese and English, with a clear salary ladder and up to 10% monthly bonus.

Flexible work-from-home options are available for both relocating and local candidates. The role offers a premium relocation package including flight, airport pickup, 2 weeks of hotel, housing search assistance, and ongoing wellbeing support.

Qualificações

• Native or C1 level Portuguese proficiency.
• Fluent English (B2/C1) for training and communications.
• 1–3 years in customer support, content moderation or BPO.
• Strong decision-making and handling of sensitive content.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both languages.
