Job summary

Grow-Talent.com is seeking a B2B Sales Specialist with Portuguese to relocate to Greece to join a fast-growing outsourcing team. You will conduct sales calls, present solutions, and guide customers in app usage while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

The role requires a customer-focused communicator with at least 6 months in sales or customer service, proficiency in MS Office, Google Apps and CRM tools. Relocation support is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in sales or customer service.
• Proficient with Windows and macOS, Google apps and MS Office.
• Familiar with sales tracking tools and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls, presentations and provide excellent service.
• Assist customers with empathy, guiding them in app usage.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly.
• Document interactions and analyze customer trends.
