Job summary

A2It Tecnologia in Porto, Portugal, is seeking an IT Support & Systems Specialist to join a technical team, delivering user support and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure on-site.

The role covers troubleshooting, installation, and supported services across Windows, Linux, Microsoft 365, AD, and networking. You'll provide on-site, remote, and phone assistance, collaborate with the 2nd-line team, and travel to client locations as needed. Hybrid working arrangement applies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience providing on-site, remote, and telephone support.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows, and Linux.
• Experience with ITSM tools.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Training in customer service techniques, conflict management, and team motivation.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site, remote, and telephone support to users.
• Handle helpdesk requests and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows, and Linux.
• Support VMware environments, Microsoft Teams, VoIP, and wireless networks.
• Provide support for SharePoint, Primavera, Filedoc, and printing services.
• Monitor IT services and infrastructure.
• Assist the 2nd-line technical support team.
• Travel to different client locations whenever required.
