Job summary

A2It Tecnologia in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an IT Support & Systems Specialist to join our technical team. You will provide user support and ensure smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure on-site at Palácio da Ajuda.

Responsibilities include handling on-site, remote, and telephone support, configuring and maintaining IT equipment, and assisting the 2nd-line team. Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory, and a driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of on-site, remote, and telephone support experience.
• 3+ years with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows, and Linux.
• Experience with ITSM tools.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site, remote, and telephone support to users
• Handle helpdesk requests and troubleshoot technical issues
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment
• Provide support for Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows, and Linux
• Support VMware environments, Microsoft Teams, VoIP, and wireless networks
• Provide support for SharePoint, Primavera, Filedoc, and printing services
• Monitor IT services and infrastructure
• Assist the 2nd-line technical support team
• Travel to different client locations whenever required
