Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures
• Stay updated on new technology trends and developments in the industry
• Train clients on how to use new systems or applications
• Travel to client locations to provide on-site support when necessary
