Job summary

A2IT Technology seeks an IT Support & Systems Specialist to join our technical team, providing user support and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.

You will deliver on-site, remote, and telephone assistance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain equipment. The role demands 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, AD, Windows, and Linux, plus ITSM tools. Travel to client locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of on-site, remote and telephone support experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows and Linux.
• Experience with ITSM tools.
• Driving licence category B; willingness to travel.
• Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site, remote and telephone user support.
• Install, configure and maintain IT equipment.
• Support VMware environments, Teams, VoIP and wireless networks.
• Provide support for SharePoint, Primavera, Filedoc and printing services.
• Monitor IT services and infrastructure.
• Assist the 2nd-line technical support team.
• Travel to client locations as required.
• Working hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
