A2IT Technology is seeking an IT Support & Systems Specialist to join our technical team in Porto. You will provide user support, maintain IT systems, and ensure infrastructure reliability across on-site, remote, and telephone channels.
The role requires 3+ years of hands-on IT support, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows, Linux, and ITSM tools, plus a valid B driving licence. Portuguese fluency is mandatory, with standard working hours, and occasional travel to client
Competenze
- Minimum 3 years of experience providing on-site, remote, and telephone support.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows, and Linux.
- Experience with ITSM tools.
- Training in customer service techniques, conflict management, and team motivation.
- Valid Category B driving licence.
- Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory.
Mansioni
- Provide on-site, remote, and telephone support to users.
- Handle helpdesk requests and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment.
- Provide support for Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows, and Linux.
- Support VMware environments, Microsoft Teams, VoIP, and wireless networks.
- Provide support for SharePoint, Primavera, Filedoc, and printing services.
- Monitor IT services and infrastructure.
- Assist the 2nd-line technical support team.
- Travel to different client locations whenever required.
