A technology solutions provider is seeking an IT Technician to join their team in Porto. This role involves providing both on-site and remote technical support for various devices and software. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting network issues, managing user accounts, and supporting applications such as Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of IT support experience, fluent in both Portuguese and English. Qualificações

• Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, onsite support, or helpdesk roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and peripheral devices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for desktops and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and user access issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications.
• Document incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.

Conhecimentos

Fluency in Portuguese

Fluency in English

1–3 years of experience in IT support

Knowledge of Windows operating systems

Basic networking skills

Hardware troubleshooting

Familiarity with ticketing systems

Problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently
