A2IT Technology is seeking an IT Support & Systems Specialist to join our technical team in Porto. You will provide user support, maintain IT systems, and ensure infrastructure reliability across on-site, remote, and telephone channels.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on IT support, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows, Linux, and ITSM tools, plus a valid B driving licence. Portuguese fluency is mandatory, with standard working hours, and occasional travel to client
