Job summary

CloserHire is seeking a Developer Support Agent for the Polish market in Lisbon, Portugal. You will support a widely-used developer platform, handling escalations, and producing clear, policy‑driven resolutions for developers in Polish and English.

The role offers accommodation with the package, private health cover, meal allowance, a 4-week English training, and long-term career development. Shifts are 07:00–19:00, Monday to Friday, with a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Polish language proficiency at C1+ level and English at B2+ level.
• 2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or developer relations recommended.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required or preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalations and appeals from developers via email, chat and tickets.
• Explain complex technical and policy issues in clear terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases and publish developer-facing content.
