CloserHire is seeking a customer support specialist to troubleshoot advertising products end-to-end via email and chat in Lisbon. You will diagnose issues, coordinate with Product, Operations and Engineering teams, and keep advertisers informed with proactive updates.

You will educate advertisers on features and best practices while maintaining high service quality and a focus on continuous improvement. This role offers relocation support and a paid training program.

Qualificações

• English around B2 level.
• Some experience with online campaigns or digital marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and interest in online advertising.
• Previous experience in customer support or a contact center is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Comfortable analyzing issues, problem-solving, and paying attention to detail.
• A degree in Marketing or related field is helpful but not required.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn.

What the job actually involves

Day to day you will be handle end-to-end troubleshooting for advertising products via email and chat. Diagnose issues related to campaigns, platform tools, and product features. Drive query resolution by collaborating with internal, and product, Operations & Engineering teams. Provide timely, accurate updates to ensure high customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities to improve the user experience from day one. Ensure service quality by meeting productivity, SLA, and case-handling standards. Educate advertisers on features, best practices, and common issue types. Maintain proactive, professional communication throughout the case journey. Share insights, trends, and feedback to support continuous improvement.

What you'll earn

1000€ x 14

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year - your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is therefore well above monthly × 12, which is worth doing the maths on before you compare it to an offer at home.

Getting you there

To help you make the move: accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR, deducted from salary. Inside, portugal - only available if candidates are coming directly from a competitor. Reimbursement of flight ticket on the 6th month of work, up to 400EUR. Health, and insurance since day 1 for small amount, free after 6 months.

Living in Portugal
