Concentrix in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure that performance goals across operations are met and client expectations regarding quality, efficiency and the customer journey improvement are fulfilled.

The role involves handling inbound calls, chat or email to support customers and resolve their inquiries with accurate information, while upholding confidentiality and data security. The position offers on-site work in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Fluent Italian (written and spoken) and strong English (B2).
• Excellent writing and verbal communication to simplify technical language for users.
• Patience, confidentiality and data security are essential.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or e-mail in the after-sales process by answering customers' inquiries and/or attending to potential requests.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Give real-time, accurate information that empowers the customer to make decisions.
• Listen to the customer's unique situation and acknowledge their needs.
• Go beyond the customer's service expectations so they will remember and share their great experience.
