Job summary

CloserHire is recruiting a Polish-speaking Customer Support Representative in Lisbon, Portugal, to support the TAP Air Portugal project. You will assist Polish-speaking customers by phone, email and chat on travel-related inquiries within an international airline environment.

Work is on-site with a 40-hour week and rotating Monday–Sunday shifts. Relocation support, private health cover and a meal allowance are provided to help you settle in and perform at your best.

Qualifications

• Native / fluent Polish and strong English (B2 level) are required
• Experience in customer service or contact centre environments is a plus
• Willingness to work a full-time schedule including rotation across weekdays

Responsibilities

• Assist Polish-speaking customers by phone, email and chat with travel-related inquiries and customer support requests within an international airline environment.
• Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and escalate when needed to ensure high-quality service
