Bcrecruitment in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a Customer Support Representative to handle Polish inquiries by phone and email for international airline customers. You will deliver accurate responses, document interactions, and contribute to service targets with a friendly, professional tone.

The role requires Polish fluency (C1+) and English (B2+), a customer-service mindset, and a 40-hour rotating schedule. Relocation support and private health insurance are offered.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Polish (C1+) and good English (B2+) for communication with customers.
• Customer-service mindset with strong problem-solving and clear explanations of product information.
• Willingness to work a full-time 40-hour week on rotating Mon–Sun shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming customer contacts in Polish by phone and email.
