Job summary

CallForTalents is recruiting for a Portuguese airline client in Lisbon to deliver professional customer service in Polish and English, by phone and email. You will handle inquiries, assist with the frequent flyer programme, and keep customers informed on case progress, while recording interactions in the systems.

Qualifications

Native-level Polish proficiency.
Fluent English; minimum B2 level.
Comfortable handling multiple customer interactions by phone and email.

Responsibilities

Handle customer questions and issues, providing the necessary assistance related to the company's products and services.
Assist customers with enquiries and issues related to the frequent flyer programme.
Follow up on customer requests and keep customers informed about the progress and outcome of their cases.
Record all incoming and outgoing customer contacts in the relevant systems.
Handle offline tasks, including forms, emails, tickets and other administrative activities.
Maintain productivity levels that meet or exceed departmental targets.
Escalate critical customer well-being issues and any matters that fall outside the scope of the role.
