Job summary

CloserHire is relocating you to Lisbon, Portugal, with the move paid for. You will earn €920 per month (gross) in this on-site Customer Support role for a Social Media project, with a 6-month contract and relocation support available.

Fluent Polish and strong English (B2+) are required, and you’ll work in a fast-paced BPO environment with inbound and outbound calls to assist users and resolve order-related issues.

Qualifications

• Native/Fluent Polish
• Good English (B2+)
• Computer literate and able to learn systems quickly
• Comfortable with rotational shifts
• Experience in customer support preferred

Responsibilities

• On-site customer support in Lisbon for the Social Media project, handling inbound/outbound calls
• Resolve e-commerce platform issues in a fast-paced BPO environment
• 6-month contract with rotational Monday–Sunday shifts
