Cross Border Talents is seeking a Polish-speaking Customer Service Representative to help customers navigate an e-commerce platform in Lisbon, Portugal. You will handle calls, answer questions, and guide customers toward solutions with clear and empathetic communication.

The role requires fluent Polish and English, a solid understanding of e-commerce, and the ability to manage high contact volumes, including promotional peaks. On-site work with rotational shifts is expected.
