FH Collective - Academy in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Polish-speaking customers in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. This on-site role offers rotational shifts and a chance to join an international team.

You will support customers via phone, email, or chat, handle inquiries, and maintain accurate records across internal systems. Start date is 30 April 2026, with a future transition to 24/7 scheduling possible depending on business needs.

Qualificações

• Polish language at C1+ level and good English proficiency.

Start Date: 30 April 2026

Schedule: Rotational shifts (Mon–Sun)

• 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00
• 2 rotational days off Contract: Full-time
