The role offers a base monthly package and night shift differential, plus a monthly performance bonus and health benefits. This is a night-shift position based in Portugal.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1) written and verbal.

About the Role

We are recruiting for a Night Shift Operations Customer Expert to join a global support team for a leading AI research and deployment platform. You will ensure seamless support during night hours for global users (B2C and B2B) using generative AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle technical troubleshooting, account management, and billing inquiries during night shifts.
• Guide users on maximizing their use of generative AI applications and tools.
• Ensure quick response times, high resolution rates, and top-tier satisfaction scores.

Offer & Package

• Base Package: Gross monthly package of €1,320.67 (including base salary + 13th/14th month splits + daily meal allowance) + night shift differential.
• Performance Bonus: Monthly performance bonus up to €200.00.
