CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit English-speaking AI Customer Support Specialists in Lisbon, Portugal, supporting an innovative international company developing some of the world's most advanced AI and generative AI technologies. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position on the Night Shift, with working hours scheduled between 22:00 and 07:00, Monday to Sunday.

Your Role

• Support customers across multiple communication channels
• Resolve billing, invoicing and account access enquiries
• Troubleshoot platform and product-related issues
• Guide customers on using products and features effectively
• Deliver timely, accurate and high-quality customer support
