Cross Border Talents is seeking an Operations Customer Expert in Lisbon to provide high-quality, reactive technical and operational support to individuals and business users across multiple channels.

You will handle billing and subscription inquiries, troubleshoot access issues, and guide customers on optimizing AI tools and platforms while maintaining top service standards. This role requires English fluency and EU work eligibility.

Qualificações

Job Description

In this role, you will deliver high-quality, reactive technical and operational support to individual consumers and business users across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers with billing, subscriptions, and invoicing inquiries.
• Troubleshoot account access and authentication issues.
• Guide, train, and assist customers on optimizing their use of the client's AI tools and platforms.
• Deliver exceptional service standards that consistently meet or exceed quality targets.
• Provide timely, accurate, and useful solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong interest in new technologies, generative AI, and digital platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multi-channel customer service skills.
• Ability to work on 40-hour weekly rotating shifts within the day schedule.
• Valid work authorization for Portugal / EU.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary & Allowances: €1,320.67 gross monthly fixed salary (includes base salary, monthly split Christmas/Holiday allowances, and €7.00/day meal card).
• Performance Bonus: Monthly variable productivity bonus up to €200.00.
