The role offers a base monthly package and night shift differential, plus a monthly performance bonus and health benefits. This is a night-shift position based in Portugal.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1) written and verbal.
• Willingness to work consistent night shifts (22:00–07:00).
• Strong interest in AI technologies, digital tools, and software solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle technical troubleshooting, account management, and billing inquiries during night shifts.
• Guide users on maximizing their use of generative AI applications and tools.
• Ensure quick response times, high resolution rates, and top-tier satisfaction scores.
