Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Coimbra is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to support users of a leading generative AI platform across chat, email and phone channels.

You will handle account and billing queries, troubleshoot issues, and guide users through platform features with empathy to meet KPI targets.

This role offers a base monthly package of €1,320.67 plus a monthly performance bonus up to €200, private health and dental insurance, and gym access.

About the Role

Are you passionate about artificial intelligence and cutting-edge technology? We are looking for an Operations Customer Expert to support users of a world-leading generative AI platform. You will provide top-tier support across multiple channels (Chat, Email, and Phone) to both consumer and business users.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist users with account management, billing, invoicing, and subscription queries.

Requirements

• Fluent / C1 level English (written and verbal).
• Passion for artificial intelligence, new technologies, and AI productivity tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in technical support or customer operations is a plus.

Offer & Package

• Base Package: Gross monthly package of €1,320.67 (including base salary + 13th/14th month splits + daily meal allowance).
• Performance Bonus: Monthly performance bonus up to €200.00.
