Cross Border Talents is seeking an Operations Customer Expert – Dutch to support drivers and transport companies across the Netherlands from Lisbon, Portugal. You will handle inquiries, clarify routes, and promote service sales while ensuring revenue collection.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required, along with a customer‑oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The role is full-time, with a hybrid/remote work setup in Lisbon, Portugal, including a 1‑hour lunch break

Operations Customer Expert – Dutch

Location: Hybrid/Remote – Lisbon, Portugal

Are you fluent in Dutch and English and passionate about customer service? Join our team as an Operations Customer Expert and support drivers and transport companies across the Netherlands!

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for trucks weighing at least 3.5 tonnes.
• Assist drivers and transport/logistics companies with inquiries.
• Clarify questions regarding roads and routes throughout the Netherlands.
• Ensure revenue collection and promote relevant service sales.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Schedule:

• 40 hours per week, 8 working hours per day plus a 1-hour lunch break.
• Rotational 24/7 shift pattern.
• Until 30 June 2026, the schedule is 07:30–16:30, Monday to Sunday.

Benefits:

• Meal allowance: €7 per working day (€154 per month).
• Productivity bonus: €200.
