cbtalents is hiring for an international customer service team supporting a major online retailer. This remote role requires fluent Dutch and good English, and you must be located in Portugal.

You'll handle inquiries by phone and email, resolve issues with orders, deliveries, payments and returns, and be the friendly face customers rely on. You’ll enjoy work from home with full paid training and health insurance from day one.
