Job summary

CallForTalents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Expert to provide friendly and professional support via phone and email. The role involves assisting customers with orders, deliveries, payments, refunds, and returns from a remote Lisbon-based position.

• Troubleshoot issues and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Act as a point of contact for external sellers.
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality.

Working Schedule:

• 40 hours per week, 8 working hours per day plus a 1-hour lunch break.
• Rotational shifts Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 23:00.
• Remote position based in Lisbon, Portugal.
