Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Operations Customer Expert to provide friendly and professional customer support via phone and email. This remote role is based in Lisbon, Portugal.

You will assist customers with orders, deliveries, payments, refunds and returns, troubleshoot issues, and act as a point of contact for external sellers. Fluency in Dutch and good English, plus strong communication, are essential.

Working Schedule:

• 40 hours per week, 8 working hours per day plus a 1-hour lunch break.
• Rotational shifts Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 23:00.
