Assist customers with orders, deliveries, payments, refunds, and returns. Troubleshoot issues and ensure a smooth customer experience. Act as a point of contact for external sellers. Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality. Requirements:

Fluent in Dutch and good command of English. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Customer-oriented, proactive, and adaptable. Previous customer service experience is a plus. Working Schedule:

40 hours per week, 8 working hours per day plus a 1-hour lunch break. Rotational shifts Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 23:00. Remote position based in Lisbon, Portugal.
