You will deliver on-site, remote, and telephone assistance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain equipment. The role demands 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, AD, Windows, and Linux, plus ITSM tools. Travel to client locations is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of on-site, remote and telephone support experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows and Linux.
• Experience with ITSM tools.
• Driving licence category B; willingness to travel.
• Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Support VMware environments, Teams, VoIP and wireless networks.

• Working hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

• Valid Category B driving licence;
• Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory.

Working Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
